*Base fee: $25,000
*Start of medications: $500
*Transfer fee: $750
*Monthly expenses: $250
*Clothing allowance: $500/single-$750/multiples
*Miscarriage fee: $750
*D&C: $1000
*Amnio/Reduction: $1000
*C-Section: $2500
*Life Insurance: $300/year
*Each additional Fetus: $4500
*Loss of Reproductive Organ: $2500
*Bedrest Payment per week: $350
