Experienced Gestational Surrogate:

Amy is a 35 year old married, mother of 3 children.  She is also an experienced surrogate giving birth to a surrogate baby in 2007.

She has carried twins (her own - conceived via IVF).  Has had success with IVF - knows the protocol well.  Because she had to use IVF to conceive her own children and was lucky she could carry herself, she knows how hard it is and wants to help others who need the help of someone to carry for them.

Will work with a married, single, gay or lesbian

Compensation is as follows:

Base Comp:  $27,000.00 - includes c-section fee (as c-section will be required)
Monthly Expense Allowance:  $100.00
Embryo Transfer Fee:  $1,500.00
Dropped/Canceled Cycle fee:  $500.00
Maternity Clothes: $500.00 Single / $750.00 Multiples
Invasive procedure fee:  $1,500.00
Full Insurance to cover pregnancy & birth
All expenses fully paid for screening process

Would like to stay in the Central Florida area if possible for transfer as she would like to stay locally because of her children.  So if you have a doctor in the Orlando/Gainesville/Tampa area it would be a +.
